Erin Celise Smilkstein MA.Ed. (Porter ’96, Mathematics; she/her) is an international speaker, corporate enablement leader, and AI literacy educator whose work sits at the intersection of human leadership, alignment, and technology. She helps leaders, creatives, and high performers embrace AI as a tool while staying human, sharpening the skills that machines can’t replicate. Erin blends corporate experience with coaching expertise to teach practical strategies for thriving in a rapidly evolving workplace.
