The grievance process for students with disabilities

If you have problems or grievances, please contact the ADA Officer at the number above or email the Extension registrar.

  • You will receive a verbal review or resolution within 10 days.

  • If your verbal review fails, you will receive a written review or resolution within 10 days.

  • If steps 1 and 2 are not handled to your satisfaction or if your complaint is against the ADA officer, you may contact the 黑料不打烊 Silicon Valley Extension Dean.
